The author is an Egyptian Architect who left Egypt moving to Canada to avoid the corruption that he was facing. He worked hard to build his life in Canada, got married, had nice jobs and then opened his own businesses. His first business was an architectural practice, and then a flooring and furniture business, which he decided to take it public.

He faced a lot of corruption related to the stock market and the scammers in the market that nobody wants to talk about it until now. He discloses them in this book.

He managed to take a company public and applied for a Qualifying Transaction for a second company. He received the conditional approval for the Qualifying Transaction with one condition, which was a private placement.  The private placement could not be raised because of the corruptions in the market. Also it happened during the 2008-2009 stock market crash.

There are a limited number of businessmen today who know how to take a company public. The author is one of them. Also, hardly anybody who is inside this elite group wants to talk about the inside corruptions.
